If you haven’t worn your track pants in a while, have been snoozing your alarm for days in a row and haven’t been soaked in sweat for a long time then you should know what awaits you when you go out there after such a long break. Just throwing caution to the wind your body may not react positively to your laziness and it could try to punish you for the stupidity. Workouts greatly improve our well being. Because you are working out you tend to consume healthier foodstuffs not always because you want to but you know what a huge impact it has on the quality of your workout and so you give in. Working out also boosts our immunity system and makes us resilient against the common illnesses such as cough, cold, fever etc. With a stronger immunity system and the better state of mind with all the endorphins in them working out is the best way to stay healthy and avoid those visits to your doctor. The climate and atmosphere in which we work out has a lot of impact on our bodies. Our bodies behave differently when exerted in a hot climate or cold climate. The reason behind this is pure biology. It is by having a good stretching session before you get started with the main event. By stretching your muscles you are making blood flow through them and getting them prepared for what’s coming ahead. This makes them react faster during the workout and this reduces the possibility of you getting injured. It has few key components that it cannot function without. These components, the processor, other components such as circuits, hardware, its input source and ability to produce output, all of these things are also present in the life forms. If there’s a type of business that makes a lot of profit it has to be the gym. People, out of their over ambitiousness and desperation to get back into shape take annual memberships and after a few difficult weeks they are nowhere to be seen on gym floor. Just like final destination makes for a perfect handbook ‘how to die in a thousand ways’, a gym membership does exactly that with excuses, ‘A thousand and one excuses to not hit the gym’. There is just one thing that you will hear from the working professionals of the 21st century, that they are stressed. Their work stresses them out and so does their personal life. But what after all has changed in the last few years that people have started experiencing such unnatural amounts of stress? Is it the change in lifestyle that needs to be blamed or is it the fault of those that are simply inept at handling the situations that life puts before them? If the latter case is true then is it possible to make a few changes in our routine so that we experience lesser stress? The answer is yes and the solution is simple, fitness. |
