If you haven’t worn your track pants in a while, have been snoozing your alarm for days in a row and haven’t been soaked in sweat for a long time then you should know what awaits you when you go out there after such a long break. If you keep some patience and increase your workout gradually you should face no problem at all in getting back to your old stamina.
Your performance is definitely going to be better than a person who has never worked out before. You will have an edge over those who work out once in a blue moon. It is also possible that you might shed weight faster than those people given that your metabolism is likely to be more regulated. This is also one of the biggest advantages of working out, you are free to indulge in the unhealthiest foods from time to time because you are balancing it out with the good that you do to your body. The hardest part about getting back to working out is the first step you take after you tie your laces.
